  Fire
  Night

 

You are:

shining, changeless
bliss,

tasting
neither death
nor birth.

The sun
does not rise
eager, bright-eyed;

there is
no tired, crimson pyre
heralding the stars.

Day and night —

they exist
only for the spinning
world.
