Themes
  Dawn
  Light
  Silence
  Water
 

 

A simple gate of logs
in the stark light of morning:
It is glowing in Silence.
It is every look of longing answered.
It is loneliness unmasked
as a revelation.
It is an echo over the broad water of life.

The essential fact is as still
as this moment without me.
