"The words are simple but can swallow you whole"

Your words, Ivan, create a living, breathing vibrating entity out of words of a poem- an entity engulfing me tight, ... ready to swallow me whole!!!

Many thanks for all the wonderful poetry and thoughts for the day. Tomorrow is my birthday, too. Happy Birthday.

This is my first poem from your website and I love it - I am a spiritual person and not overtly religious, but the saint I have been most intrigued and influenced by is St. Francis - I guess there is something to be said about being in the right place at the right time - thank you! St. Francis' teachings elevate humanity, as well as the welfare of all sentient creatures -- Leah

Surely you are absolutely correct, one has to realize
the sacred, and all encompassing hallowed trance
beloved Francis was in when he said these words to God,
for he knew with his whole heart and soul in this moment
that He was ONE with the ONE SOURCE, he was in a
transcendent state of MIND. Any other existence
was meaningless to him in these moments of rapturous
wonder.

Thank you for this.

Hi Ivan, Thank you for this and all other poems.
Awesome reminder for me to be careful of the concepts I adhere to.
St. Francis gives us some higher level concepts to flow with.
