Dear Ivan,
I am not very tech-savvy so won't be able to comment on the choice of solution.
I would look forward to a more interactive comment thread. No, the idea is not to debate or indulge in discussions (we have enough of that spiritual fishmarket on facebook), but just a littttle more open. Yes, to 'like' someone else's comment would be one. ... To get to know the other person, could be another. Especially like I was introduced to Jim Atwel's poetry on this site. Maybe other stuff. Dunno.

And yes, love the new look. I had been going back and forth on the desire to go for a silent retreat for some time. But the only ones you can do in North India are Buddhist retreats (mainly Tibetan Buddhism). SO was just debating it within me. And then i saw this picture the other day and knew i had got my answer. :)

"But who would want to sign up for intense debates?"

I would ... but maybe my appearance here is just one of those quirky mistakes, that the universe makes, every now & again :)

but seriously, Ivan, might it not be the case that God had something interesting and quite lovely in mind, when she gifted human beings with not only right but also left hemispheres? Is playful-vigorous debate -- in humble service to Truth -- necessarily un-spiritual, un-poetic?

In any case ... I love the new look for the blog, Taksang Monastery, etc.
