		<description>I like the raw, bracing  tone of Eldar Edda,  like a polar bear dip into
ice-cold waters.

Your commentary also highlights the universality of  symbols  for the
spirit, in this case  fermented mead. I think when a historical  thread
is traced  that connects  spiritual  traditions, we are more likely  to
celebrate connections than  fear  the  foreign.
