But the calendar seems to speed up each year.  It\u2019s easy to be surprised that the winter holidays are here. It is already the eight day of Hanukkah. Christmas is only a couple of weeks away. The Winter Solstice. New Year.<\/p>\n<p>I have had a tradition in past years of sending out a list of recommended books around the holidays.  In my mind, you received this email at least two weeks ago.
