The Aftertaste of Transcendence
by Raj WaghrayOriginal Language English
In the dissonance
of the outer world;
the inner silence
expands;
enveloping all the
cacophony and the
noise in that
stillness within;
All I can hear
is my heartbeat
pulsating so very
slowly;
losing
itself in that
magnificent quietude;
A transcendental
aftertaste
lingers;
beckoning me
to taste the indescribable
over and over again!
