Hazrat: Personage; A title of respect and adoration.
Gharib: Stranger, a person that is not part of the landscape, an alien, someone who is
new to the neighborhood; a Migrant may be.
Nawaz: Provider of kindness, a care giver.
Evidently, he gained the title for his kindness to the strangers.
Thank you, Ivan Granger, I do not have a title for you to do you justice,
but you are a Beacon of Hope for Humanity.
You keep us in touch with our essence and this great service is truly appreciated.

I completely agree with M. A. Salim,
beautiful post and heartfelt words
about Ivan and his tireless job!
I used to use two very important words
for Ivan as well for all his readers –
Gratitude and Appreciation.
They carry very special vibrations
as for the sender so they do for the receiver.
They are like pebble in the water: just a splash
yet ripples still circling and growing…growing…
“Drop a word of cheer and kindness:
in a minute you forget;
But there’s gladness still a-swelling,
and there’s joy circling yet,
And you’ve rolled a wave of comfort
whose sweet music can be heard
Over miles and miles of water
just by dropping one kind word.”
Keep going, Ivan to make more and more
ripples in the World….
