Don’t resent the work.
It gives you the strength to stand
whole and silent
before the Mystery.

We are always in trance.
The trick is to shift
from low trance
to high trance.

Thoughts are a dialog
with God, the Eternal Self.
When we remember we are the Self,
thoughts stop.

When you pray,
don’t ask for enlightenment or wisdom or divine love.
Claim them!
They are yours by right!

There is a misconception that Eternity
is somewhere in the future.

If you want to touch Eternity,
dive deep into the present.

Every person: God.
Every animal, every plant: God.
Everything: God, God!
The slightest contact is worship.

The solution
is in the present.

Find a new way each day
to let love pour
through your being.

Stop struggling for perfection,
and recognize the perfection
you already are.

In every moment reach out
to the One
barely hidden
behind the kaleidoscopic many.

The question is not
whether or not you believe.
The real question is
whether or not you are determined
to find out for yourself.

We embody
each other.

somehow the battered heart
blossoms with such beauty,
no hint of past hurts

Each step is a step into
the unknown.

Find the joy
that quietly glows in your chest,
the joy that glows with brazen disregard
for your lurching tears and laughter.

We wake up a little more
when we read a good poem.

A true vision is the voice of nature,
the intention of the universe,
uniquely tuned to our soul.
